Targeting & Developing Desktops and Mobile/Tablets

- Windows and Internet Explorer are both performing exceptionally well in comparison to their competitors and therefore Marketing, Sales & ISTD do not need to focus in targeting or developing their desktops
- Marketing, Sales & ISTD should target the development of mobiles/tablets because of growing market shares as well as efficiency in the use of mobiles and tablets  
-  iOS has a higher market share and trend in the mobile/tablet market for both browsing & operating systems but they are not the company I would advise these departments to invest their time into
- More software companies are coming out with mobiles and tablets that are set to out perform iOS and these are the products Marketing, Sales & ISTD divisions should target, for example Windows is coming out with the Surface which has high future potential
